Allergy Information and Product Review Agreement
As part of your participation in this event, you will receive samples of Beauty Theory Cosmetics® products. It is important to be aware that some individuals may experience allergic reactions to cosmetic products. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction upon using the samples, such as redness, itching, swelling, or any other unusual symptoms, please discontinue use immediately and contact Beauty Theory Cosmetics® for guidance.
By accepting this invitation, you agree to provide Beauty Theory Cosmetics® with a review of the products you received within 7 business days. This review can be submitted in written form, verbally, or via video format. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our offers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Attendance:
The event being held Saturday, August 27, 2025, is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase. The attendees are chosen at random. The menu will be provided by the restaurant, and it will be the responsibility of the participants to advise if they have an allergy to any food or drinks.
Participants must inform the organizers of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests; however, they cannot guarantee that all dietary needs will be met.
By attending this event, participants acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to allergic reactions or adverse effects related to food and drink consumption.
The organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damage arising from participation in this event. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, the venue, and any sponsors from any claims or liabilities resulting from their attendance.
Furthermore, participants consent to the use of their likeness in photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early and follow all instructions provided by the organizers and venue staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.
